24 Hour Any Modification
After you made an order to us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes. So whatever information you provide to us, we will follow that.
30 Day Return & Refund
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read carefully about our Return and Refund Policy before make an order:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your returned package is received in original condition, we will issue the refund to you in 2-5 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us request together with a photo of the product to email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the ordered item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we suggest that you return the package by USPS/DHL/Fedex.
Conditions that we cannot issue a refund
(1) We cannot cancel the order once the package is shipped.
(2) If the product is damaged or not in the original condition when we receive the returned package, we cannot issue you a refund.
